    Hi WoodMart Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent Critical Error and a strange redirect issue when using the WoodMart Layout Builder on my site (thriftly.mn).

    The Issue:

I created a new Product Archive Layout in WoodMart > Layouts.

When I click “Edit with Elementor”, instead of opening the editor, the page either throws a Critical Error or redirects me to the WordPress admin posts page (/wp-admin/edit.php).

I have already tried selecting a preview product/category in the Elementor settings, but I cannot even reach the editor to configure the preview.

    What I have already checked/tried:

Post Types: I have confirmed that woodmart_layout and product are enabled in Elementor > Settings.

Permalinks: I have flushed/saved the permalinks multiple times.

Theme Settings: In WoodMart > Theme Settings > Other, the “Current Builder” is set to Elementor.

Memory Limit: My WP Memory Limit is set high enough for Elementor.

    Questions:

Is there a specific database or server-side requirement for WoodMart Archive Layouts to function with Elementor?

Can you check if there is a conflict between WoodMart’s archive query and Elementor’s dynamic tags?

I can provide temporary admin access if needed to investigate this further.

    Best regards,
    Otgonbayar

    Hello,

Please take a complete backup of your website before proceeding.

This appears to be a conflict caused by a third-party plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins on your site and then check the site’s behavior again. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one and test the site each time to identify which plugin is causing the problem. Once the conflicting plugin is identified, you may contact that plugin’s support team for further assistance.

Additionally, please make sure to clear all caches. If you are using any cache plugins, temporarily disable them and clear their cache. Also, clear the server cache to ensure that no cached files are affecting the results.

And if the issue still persist then please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so we can check this issue on your Site and help you accordingly.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.
