Critical error when trying to activate Woodmart theme

Hello,

I am not able to activate the theme after I install plugin WooCommerce (latest version).
It seems that I need to do the following:
– activate the theme without WooCommerce
– activate WooCommerce plugin without Woodmart theme

None of the above options are good, since I need both of them for my store.
Please support immediately.

We found the issue was caused by a low PHP memory limit (128 MB). We’ve increased it to 256 MB. Please try activating the WoodMart theme with WooCommerce enabled and proceed through the Setup Wizard.
