waleedgamal16ParticipantHello, I got a critical error when i am trying to edit theme setting and click save, also sometimes users when login and return back to home page, they find them still logged out.
April 20, 2026 at 12:44 pm #716417Hello,
Try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and check how it works.
If the issue remains, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Best Regards

Your issue has been resolved. I have deactivated some of the plugins on your site which are not related to the theme and it is working fine.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/N2vWJtTF
Please check back your site and check the issue. Please visit your site and reactivate the plugin one by one to check which one causes the issue.

May 13, 2026 at 11:50 am #718355Hello,
01. I’ve checked your case and this issue is not related to CSS or PhotoSwipe settings. The zoom inside the lightbox depends on the original image dimensions and the data generated when thumbnails are created.
The working image has a proper high-resolution source and correct aspect ratio (700×800), so WooCommerce is able to generate the required zoom data. However, the older image is being treated as a square (712×712 rendered), and WooCommerce is not generating valid zoom scaling information for it, which is why zoom does not work in the lightbox.
To fix this, please re-upload the affected product images in higher resolution (recommended 1200×1200 or more) and ensure they are not pre-compressed or resized before upload. After updating the images, go to WooCommerce Status > Tools > Regenerate thumbnails to rebuild all image sizes and metadata.
Please check this manual about image size. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-size-and-content-alignment-in-a-product-grid/
02. I have checked your site and the menu navigation is showing fine.
It seems to be a cache issue on your site. Please try to clear all types of cache (browser, server, CDN), and double-check the issue.
Best Regards

June 2, 2026 at 9:52 am #720257Hello,
It was a cache issue on your site. I have checked your site and purged the cache from LiteSpeed, and the navigation menus are showing fine.
See video for clarification: https://streamable.com/pyijv2
Check back your site after completely clearing the cache and check the issue.
