Critical error when viewing product drafts

I have installed a fresh WordPress environment and only the plugins that come with my selected variation of the theme however when I try and preview a draft product it triggers an error message that there is a critical error on the site.

I have tracked this back to a WP Bakery layout issue however I cannot pinpoint what it is. All plugins are updated and functioning correctly.

Urgent help is needed as this is an issue on a live version of the site.

Hello,

You need to update the WPBakery page builder plugin to the latest version 8.3.1. You can do this in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Plugins.

There is no update notice available for it… and the one in the support section of your site is still 8.3

Try to go to Dashboard -> Updates -> Click on the “Check again” button and then update the plugin via WoodMart -> Plugins.

Yes it states there’s an update however it will not update the normal way as the plugin isn’t registered as a stand alone and your theme is not pushing the updated version out for update.

The download you provide on your site isn’t even the updated version. Can you please send me a link to download the updated version.

Please advise as my site is experiencing serious issues with out this update.

The update is not available on my site even thought the plugin is saying theres an update..

Cam someone send me the latest JS version so I can manually update as the one in your download section is still the old version

Yes but this is a demo site I out up to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong.. the main site hasn’t updated

In this case, please your main website admin access so we can check what is wrong.
