Critical errors on activation

gittarpikk2008ParticipantSite hosted at BlueHost. I had been receiving notifications of critical errors but ignored them as the site was not yet in use. I signed in, and reuploaded only the WP install file. upon activation immediately sets a critical error. I have had to deactivate the Woodmart theme and set the default dozens of times. Getting ridiculous and no one on Woodmart site to get support except by forum.. What is going on with this paid theme? All plugins have long been deactivated except for the Updraft Pro for backup

gittarpikk2008ParticipantI sent the credentials once again…with instructions to verify you received them… and have not received any response… This is getting quite complicated and your support system does not seem to work at all. I bought two new product codes for two sites and each has support for a year. I am beginning to think I need to just ask for a full refund and move onto some other Theme as this one is completely halting the site with a useless theme.
How do I request all purchases cancelled and refunded?
