Critical Issue with Woodmart Theme – Fancy Product Designer Integration

    Dear Woodmart Team,

    Unfortunately, we are experiencing difficulties with your theme. Our online shop is running with the Fancy Product Designer. Once a customer finishes designing and adds the product to the cart, the Fancy Product Designer continues to load indefinitely. Consequently, customers cannot order the same T-shirt with the designed image in a different size without refreshing the page. After deactivating the theme for testing purposes, we confirmed that the issue indeed stems from the Woodmart theme. Everything functions flawlessly without the theme.

    Since our customers have frequently complained about this issue, it is imperative for us to rectify this problem. If a solution cannot be found, regrettably, we would have to remove the Woodmart theme, which we are hesitant to do as we are otherwise very satisfied with it.

    We would greatly appreciate a prompt response.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Also, allow us to switch between themes to check how it works.

    We have already done everything you suggested, from deactivating plugins to testing. However, when we declined dedication, it worked smoothly.

    Yes, that’s correct. As soon as we deactivate the Woodmart theme, the Fancy Product Designer works flawlessly. It gets stuck due to the theme after creating a product. This issue no longer occurs when the theme is deactivated, indicating that it’s related to the Woodmart theme. Please provide prompt assistance, as otherwise, we won’t be able to continue using the theme.

    Sorry, but we meant plugins, not the theme. We asked you to disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check.
