Critical issues after Woodmart theme update – store completely paralyzed

Hello Xtemos Support,

After updating the Woodmart theme to the latest version, our store became completely non-functional. The update introduced a large number of serious errors that paralyzed the entire shop. Specifically:

It is impossible to add any product to the cart.

The theme blocks variant image changes (swatches) on the product page.

AJAX search does not work on product pages.

In general, the store becomes unstable, and new issues appear continuously after the update.

Due to the severity of these problems, we had to restore a full backup from before the update just to make the store operational again.

We expect a clear explanation and a fix for these issues as soon as possible. Please investigate this situation and provide guidance or a patched version of the theme.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

The only thing I can do is letting You into the staging environment and let You do the work.
I’m sharing the temporary access, so You can update the theme in staging and then see what are the errors.

We just tested your website and see that it works correctly. Could you please specify where we can see these issues on the staging website? Note that it is running the latest version of the theme already.

Ok, with v. 8.3.2 everything works properly, but in live site update doen’t appear!
How to update it to 8.3.2? there is only 8.3 to download on themeforest.

Try to click on the “Check again” button in Dashboard -> Updates. Then you will see the latest update available.
