    Dear WoodMart Support Team,

I am reaching out because I have encountered a major display issue on my product category pages since the latest theme updates.

It seems that Elementor’s CSS or responsive styles are not being interpreted correctly specifically on these pages. You can see an example of the issue here: https://www.hifilink.fr/categorie-produit/amplification/

Here are the specific problems I am facing on these pages:

    • Duplicate Content (Responsive Breakdown): In the header block (“Amplification” with the background photo), I currently have two blocks displayed simultaneously. Normally, one of them is strictly hidden on desktop and only meant for mobile display.
    • Menu Layout: The submenus are displaying vertically instead of horizontally.
    • Footer Layout: The footer layout is also completely broken, as if the styling is missing.

    Troubleshooting already done:
If I deactivate the WoodMart Core plugin, the layout and CSS rendering return to normal on these category pages. However, doing this is not a viable solution because I lose the support/display of my HTML Blocks in the page headers.

It appears to be a conflict or a loading order issue with Elementor’s CSS specifically on product category archives since the update.

Could you please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    Jérôme

    Hello,

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme (including caching, optimization, and third-party WooCommerce extensions)? This will help us check if any of them are causing the issue.

After that, kindly share your WordPress admin access using the Private content field so we can investigate it directly.

We will review your setup and get back to you shortly.

    Best regards

After troubleshooting the issue by disabling my plugins one by one, I found out that Yoast SEO is the one causing the display glitch.

Could you please look into this or let me know if there’s a known conflict or a specific configuration I should adjust?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,

That’s perfectly fine, thank you for the update.

Could you please let us know what the nature of the issue was?

Also, we would like to know which options we can safely activate in WP Rocket from your end without breaking the graphic theme, independently of the other plugins?

    Thanks,

    Jérôme

    Hello,

The issue was caused by how styles were enqueued when the product category term description contained an HTML block. We adjusted it so the required styles load correctly on category archive pages.

Regarding WP Rocket, you can safely use its Delay JavaScript feature as long as you enable our “WP Rocket – Delay JS exclusions” option in the Theme Settings. This will exclude WoodMart’s essential scripts from being delayed and prevent layout issues.

    Kind regards,
    XTemos Studio
