critical site error when trying to open any previously saved layout

After updating the theme and plugins, I cannot open and edit the woodmart theme -layout templates for the single product page. It produces a critical site error when trying to open any previously saved single product layout template for editing. The site uses:
WordPress version 6.3.1 Woodmart (version 7.3.1)
PHP version 7.4.33 Elementor Pro latest version

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
