Where I can set croping all images to same size – especially for thumbnails on category page

Please navigate to Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Image and you will see the options.

Besides, navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop and disable Masonry Grid and Product grid with different sizes http://prntscr.com/lt2f7w
