Cross Sell issue in cart page

in cart page it show all products even not added in cross sell, if u add any product to cart page

I believe there might have been a misunderstanding. My intention is to display only the cross-sell products that I’ve individually added to each product. I’ve already configured this setting, as you can see in the screenshot. However, despite selecting “Cross Sells” in the layout options, the cart page is still showing all products instead of just the cross-sell items.

You need to configure the cross sell products in the edit product page.

i know this, and this is working fine please add any other product only that does not have any cross sells, so then it will show all products. it suppose to show nothing

hey!!! did u get my point? i have specific products where wanna show this cross sell, but for others who does not have cross sells there is problem, when i add any other product who does not have cross sell products then in cart page it show all products, that suppose to show 0 product

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

ok i create a staging site for you, and here i deactivate all plugins instead theme relevant, but still have issue, you can check by yourself

ok i change php version in live site but it still have issue, and in staging site can not able to change php version bcz its default from hosting and not changeable for testing.
