CSS file is missing in install

We have purchased the Woodmart theme via Themeforest / Envato today but it WILL NOT install. We are trying to install on an up to date WordPress 6.4 site. When I upload the theme and try to install it says:

Installing theme from uploaded file: themeforest-IiHJZs8l-woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.

Clearly the download file is not fit for purpose. We therefore require you to either provide a working copy or provide a full refund for our purchase.
