CSS files that affect speed

I’m doing everything to improve my site’s performance. But I’m having problems. I need your help on this.
In my tests, it is said that there are problems in “/min/ca789.css”.
How to fix this.

Hello,
It says that it has unused CSS for that particular page. But that styles are required on other pages and there is no option to separate them. Also, that file contains not only our theme CSS but also code for all the installed plugins.
