css goes wrong after I just switch the setting of "Header banner" to on

css goes wrong after I just switch the setting of “Header banner” from off to on (this is the first action I did to modify the theme setting). And then, even I change id back to off, it still goes wrong.
I cleaned the cash as well, but no use.
Pleae check the attachement and you will see what this website looks like.

I found out the reason, it is because of the HTTPS URL. this issue it can be closed.
