Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Although, there isn’t a direct option available for that.
But we have tried out a Custom CSS way to adjust that like you want, here is how it previews after the CSS applied: https://ibb.co/LdGsF7R
This was the CSS applied in this regard under the Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section area:
table.variations tr { display: inline-grid !important; } table.variations .value select { width: 26.5em !important; max-width: 26.5em !important; }Best Regards

[email protected]ParticipantThank you! But there went something wrong I think. Because you cannot see the images anymore. See attached.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to hear about that.
It’s strange to hear that because our CSS doesn’t have any hiding attribute added to it, we just changed specific elements’ display style and adjusted the width and max-width accordingly.
Right now, as we are trying to access your Site it says it is Forbidden to access. So, if you are still facing an issue than kindly remove any sort of Restriction in this regard from your Site so that we can access it and look after the mentioned concern, Also, please share the new WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in Private Content field if you have changed them.
Best Regards

[email protected]ParticipantYou can access the site now. Maybe when you took a look the website you cannot (server is full) but I hope we can find a solution.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to inform you but we are still unable to view your Site and unable to proceed further in this regard: https://ibb.co/LR3cK5g
Could you please check and confirm if there are still some Restrictions regarding the Site preview?
Because we have tried to view it through VPN too but still the same issue is arising.Best Regards

[email protected]ParticipantMy apologies. It should be working now. The server was overloaded.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
So, we have confirmed this issue on your Site, for some of your other Variable Products the Gallery Images are appearing and showing fine. Like this is one of the Products on your Site which shows Gallery Images fine and there are others like this too: https://aba.donnajacky.nl/product/flower-box-large-zwart-roze/
Now, like you mentioned that the Gallery Images were gone after applying our CSS on your Site so we comment out our CSS on your Site and still the Gallery Images for the mentioned Product isn’t showing: https://i.snipboard.io/9z36RZ.jpg
So, this clears the fact that it is not our CSS issue. There might be some third party Plugin conflicting on your Site or some Product related issue is happening related to this.
So, try to disable all the plugins that are not related to our Theme and then check back the issue again. If it gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the conflict.
Best Regards

[email protected]ParticipantThank you for your answer. I don’t think it is a third part plugin because it only happens at the products we add the css to. The rest of the products and images are normal and I don’t use a plugin for the gallery images. Those products are variable products and with your css the layout is much more likable but after we did this, the gallery images are not showing.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We have made a Video in this regard for your reference to show you that even after removing our applied CSS, the Gallery Images are still not showing for respective Product or respective Category Products. Please check that: https://www.veed.io/view/63d9ecb8-acf0-4ea4-90cc-12535fa90ff6

[email protected]ParticipantHi! I have found out that is has nothing to do with a plugin (well maybe WooCommerce) but I noticed that when I change the product back to simple product, the images will show. When I change it to variable product, the images disappears. Maybe this is a bug in the theme?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to say but we have confirmed from the Test Site, there isn’t such issue at the Variable Products end.
The Variable Products are showing gallery images fine. Here is one of the Product from Test Site: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/product/lightning-cable-usb-a/
There is some specific issue related to those Category Products on your Site because on all other Category Products, the Gallery Images were appearing fine like we have mentioned you earlier. So, please check that once.
Best Regards.

[email protected]ParticipantHi,
It has nothing to do with the gallery images. Once I set the product as a variable product, the image gallery disappears. I just tried it again with another product. Please check it out and help me out !!
It has nothing to do with the category or plugins. It has something to do with the option ”variable product” or ”simple”.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Really sorry for the delay in the response due to the weekend !
We have further evaluated this concern on your Site and found out that it was a third party Plugin conflict on your Site. To check this on your Site, we have for the time being deactivated all the third party Plugins.
So, you can now activate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the conflict.
Best Regards
December 12, 2022 at 2:02 pm #428151
[email protected]ParticipantI have found out that it is the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options (Premium).
December 12, 2022 at 4:06 pm #428196
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Glad to hear that.
So, it is a third party Plugin conflict not an issue at the Theme level.
You can either deactivate the Plugin or consult the Plugin Support in this regard because according to the Envato Policy we don’t provide Support for the third party Plugin issues. You will need to contact the respective Plugin Support in this regard. They will guide you better.
Hope you can understand the limitations in this regard !
Best Regards

[email protected]ParticipantI understand and I am sorry. I really thought it had something to do with the theme but I am glad we’ve found the problem. I contacted YITH and they have send me a solution. So for now it works! Thanks!
