CSS PROBLEM

Hello. I have a problem with the css of the page since when the website is on mobile the responsive does not work and the contents from the same line while they are in different columns and should go one below the other, this does not happen. The demo I have put up and worked on is the one with the plumbing as you will see. For example, on the home page the 3 fields that are like sliders, instead of going one under the other, they stay in the same row. The same is done with all pages, even with the footer. In general, responsive has a problem from what I understand. How can it be solved?
