Css wrong

HI my page have some CSS ISSUE .
the page shown Correct Css at first , and it will shift or change to wrong css after 5 second .
please check picture and website.

and also there is some white space at bottom at picture. please help me check what problem or setting is wrong with it. i have checked and find nowhere to set.

Please check again , i clear the cache ,and the problem come , especially the Middle logo size . is not correct.

Then clear the browser cache and check back.
