currency change in different country ?

I am trying to set-up an online shop, and already entering the staff to sell. One customer from russia, has informed us that, at the cart page, the currency changes to USD, the amount is the same XXX TRY, but it shows XXX USD.

I am checking myself and I see no problem at all ! Can you please check that ?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I only had this feedback once, and if I will have it again, I will check that. Just wanted to know wheter you already had similar problem before or not.

By default, there is no currency change in the WooCommerce plugin. So it seems that you are using some external plugin for that and so we don’t know what is wrong with that.

No, I am not using any other currency change plug-in or something. It’s only changing the symbol of the currency, not the amount.

Anyway, this functionality is not a part of the theme. We suggest you check with the default theme first. Maybe there is some conflict with other plugins or problem with WooCommerce configuration.
