We purchased the currency exchange plugin “Aelia Currency Switcher for WooCommerce” and made settings in the “WooCommerce-Currency Switcher” section on the left. We added other currencies, Auto exchange rates, and in Multi-currency, we removed other currencies to avoid exchange conflict issues.
The problems are as follows:
1.1， After deploying and showing the selection of currency exchange dropdown menu, not all pages display the selection currency exchange dropdown menu. The homepage and product browsing page are okay. However, for a specific product page, it cannot be displayed.
1.2， The desktop and mobile versions are not synchronized. Sometimes, the desktop version is displayed but the mobile version is not.
1.3 ，After clearing the cache and testing with a private browser, the exchange rate is based on the pound, but sometimes it shows 1:1 and other currencies.
We have conducted a thorough investigation for a long time but still couldn’t identify the cause. Therefore, we are requesting your assistance and look forward to your cooperation.
