Currency Switcher Show on Menu

Hi, I purchased the FOX currency switcher and I get the currency switcher shorcodes, then how to add it on the menu bar? I try to add the shortcode directly in html block, but it could not display, how to resolve it?

You can insert the currency switcher by means of the builder you use on the site. You will need to create HTML block and insert in the place you wish:

I created a new html block named currency, and then directly copied the shordcode into the body, but only currency appeared on the foreground, and there was no response when I clicked it? How can I make the shortcode appear directly in the menu bar? Could you give me more specific steps to check?
