Custom 404 page not work on all languages

I created a custom page 404 with two languages English and Arabic, and when I specified it in the field “Custom 404 page” in theme settings, it work fine for English, but when I change to Arabic language(admin panel) and I check the field, I find the field became empty.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?
