    Hi,

we desperately need your help. Some last steps before we can finally launch our shop!
We made custom attribute swatches (preview images for attributes), but we have problems, because they won’t appear as they should. I can only manage to display one (custom) attribut swatch on product images (in product grid and on single product page).

The custom labels/swatches/preview images are for the following attributes:

1.) attribute ‘Herstellung’ – ‘Bio’ (attribute swatch/preview image is uploaded in media overview and called ‘Bio.svg‘)

2.) attribute ‘Ernährungsstil’ – ‘Vegan’ (attribute swatch/preview image is uploaded in media overview and called ‘Vegan.svg‘)

3.) attribute ‘Mindestbestellmenge’ (quantity) needs to be displayed in the bottom right corner.

4.) actually no concrete attribute swatch, rather this should be displayed for products that are ‘not availabe’ (here called: ‘ausverkauft’). The label /swatch/preview image is uploaded in media overview and called ‘Ausverkauft.svg‘.

Right here you can see templates as their final appearance in product grid and on single product pages should be (please consider compatibility for desktop and mobile device).

    -> Template product grid: https://ibb.co/9T24gny
-> Template single product page: https://ibb.co/zNtq3j8

    Important side note:
-> The order of the attribut swatches ‘Ausverkauft’ – ‘Vegan’ – ‘Bio’ should always be the same as you can see on the templates.
For clarification: The label/swatch for attribut ‘Ausverkauft’ is not visible, because the product is available, then – if it’s a Vegan product – the ‘Vegan’ attribut swatch will be displayed on the top left corner. If it’s whether not ‘Ausverkauft’ (not available) nor ‘Vegan’ then the ‘Bio’ attribut swatch/label has to be on the top left corner.

I hope you got me 😀

I provide you access to our Homepage in private section.

    Thank you very much!
You guys do such a great job, can’t verbalize how much i appreciate your great work!!

    Best regards,
    Lu

    Hello,

It is not possible to configure the swatches for custom attributes. Please read and follow this instruction: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/variable-products-swatches/

    Best Regards

Sorry, but your short answer tells me that you haven’t understood or even read my post!! We’re about to launch our shop in a few days and ask for some help. All you do is writing two lines and linking me to documentation.. feels like i started a conversation with an autorespond, that’s not satisfying! Please adress my topic to one of your competent colleagues if not interested in finding solutions and helping us!

Back to the topic: it’s definetely possible to show the custom labels/swatches (whatever it is called, i call it LABELS from now on) for attributes on product images in the product grid and on single product pages as you can see on the screenshot here:

We just want them to appear accordingly as described in main post above.

    Best regards,
    Lu

    Hello,

I have read your message several times and I do not understand the problem.

We made custom attribute swatches (preview images for attributes), but we have problems, because they won’t appear as they should.

Please find how to configure the swatches correctly so that they would appear in the product grid: https://prnt.sc/vetjg7 you have not enabled the option https://prnt.sc/vetk22

You have not configured the variable products correctly https://prnt.sc/vetkhz Please configure the variable products properly and swatches would appear.

The instruction I have provided contains Woocommerce documentation links to the manual on how to create the variable product.

If you still have the problem, please specify the product URL with the problem.

    Best Regards
