HI, Custom checkout fields does not affect when i trying to disable some options like post code, country etc. is there any bug?

The issue seems to be on your site only, Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the theme and plugins.
If the issue still persist then please try once by disabling all the third party plugins and check back the result, If the issue still persist then please try to clear the server, site and browser cache, Hope this will resolve your issue and if not then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials under the private content area of this topic so that I will further investigate it for you on your site.
