Can tell me what custom css I would use to control the Main Item and Sub Items in my footer for both hover and non-hover.

Hello,

You can change the font by means of Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

You will find the menu and sub-menu items in the drop-down and option to set the color on hover.
