[Custom Css for desktop] also work in Mobile, but [Custom Css for Mobile] does not work, how to fix it ?

In my upload file, it shows the [.wrapp-category] setting for Desktop also working in Mobile

Please clear the website/browser/server cache and recheck the issue.

I found the mistake in the CSS area, here is a code that is not commented properly: https://monosnap.com/file/Wt2xUJlVjPyp4BV7i8fjbAH3i7YR8R, therefore it broke the correct work of CSS and do not apply it for the Desktop.

So please comment on that bracket as well, and recheck the issue.
