Custom CSS not always applied when changing language with WPML

Dear,

1. Create a site with at least 2 languages
2. Add a global custom css as below (to increase the size of the mobile burger menu icon)
3. Naviguate and change language

AS IS : the css is not always applied, you often need to refresh again the page to see the custom css to be applied (yes I made sure to clear cache everywhere before)

I have visited your website. It seems that your website is loading from cache. Please deactivate the cache plugin.

Then delete the cache folder from WP-Content.

Clear browser cache and check back.
