custom email template on user order using woocommerce

I want to send an custom email template to my client when they place an order or when they register on my site. I saw few options in woocommerce-> settings -> email and there i saw some email setting but i did not understand it. Can you help me out what should i do how can i edit template. If it does not come under your services then give me some ideas or blog or plugin name so i can manage this. also what is the last line in attached image? where i should copy what is that, how can i do that ? See attached image please.

Email templates are Woocommerce functionality and our support does not cover modification of such emails. Please try to follow Woocommerce manuals on this issue: https://woocommerce.com/posts/how-to-customize-emails-in-woocommerce/
