Hello,
I have logged into your website and checked. The issue is coming from the font because the font type you are using is already bold. And you can’t make the font bold which is already bold.

Please try using any normal font-weight custom font then check back.
Also update the theme and Recommended plugin to the latest versions because you are using the old version of the theme.
