Custom h3 title from html block

Hello,
I wanted to display related post under my single blog post (because I had specific needs) so I created an HTML Block and I put it at the end of my single blog post. It’s working fine but I have a problem with SEO. All the related post title are display in H3 and I wan’t them in <p>. Do you have a custom CSS to achieve my goal please ?

Thank you for your help it worked 🙂 I have another SEO problem on my blog post page (blog archive). All the post title are display in H3 and I wan’t them in <p>. Can you tell me what file I have to edit please ? You will find a screen where I circled in red what I wan’t to be display in <p> instead of h3 and the link of the page (in Private Content section).
