Custom JS not working

Hi,
I am having an issue with my site. Custom JS not working that is available on the theme options. There are 2 boxes for adding custom JS but none of them seems working for me. I tried different ways but none of them are working. Please, check the following screenshots.

I have another question. Can the categories menu also be shown on the sticky menu? If so, please let me know how can I accomplish that. Please, check the following screenshot.

Could you please send us your FTP access so we can check why the custom JS code is not working for you?

Unfortunately, there is no option to add product categories menu to the sticky header in our theme yet. We hope to implement this functionality in the future.

For some reason FTP access not working so I am providing CPanel access.
Note: I added few codes in the htaccess file to speed up the site. Could this be the reason for not working the JS? I don’t think so as Custom CSS is working fine.

Sorry, but we can’t troubleshoot the problem via the cpanel. Are you able to contact your hosting providers and ask for the correct FTP access?

It doesn’t work because of some of your optimization plugins installed. It removes this code completely. Try to disable them and check how it works.
