Custom page for post just shows blank after being set as “Post Page”

So we made a custom page with elementor for Blog post homepage.
When we set the default page for post page with our new custom page from the Reading settings, the url sitename.com/blog returns blank.
Is there something we missed when making this custom page?

Everything works correctly on your website. You have two different pages: “Blog” and “Laman Blog”. Your second page is currently set to be default posts page and displayed correctly. As for the Blog page, it is just an empty page with “Blog” name and it is also displayed as it should.
So, how do we make the “Laman Blog” page working as a functional post homepage where we can access it as “sitename.com/blog” ?
Because, even tho after we’ve set the “Laman Blog” page as Post Page, the direct url to the custom page is now redirected to the default Blog page.
And if we set the Post Page back to default Blog page, the direct url to the “Laman Blog” page works. But that would be redundant having 2 blog pages with different url.

When you select a Posts page in WordPress settings, the default blog layout is always displayed on the URL of this page. You can’t build it with Elementor for example.
