Custom porftfolio url

How can i change the portfolio url for custom url?

You should have this option. There is other themes allows to do it. It’s useful.

Is it safe to modified by code? What is the file do it?

Yes, by default Woocommerce does not provide the checkbox. We do not know the reason. You may address the question to the Woocommerce forum or support. Try to search for a plugin.
