Is it possible to have arrows to change the attributes and not icons?
Is it possible to display only the price of the attribute and not 2 prices?
Is it possible to change the button “choice of options” directly by “add to basket” the product with the selected attribute?

By default, there is displayed for only one price. If you have a sales product, two prices will be shown, if you have a variable product, each variation has its own price, the price range will be shown.

That i want is on the shop page, when i see un produit, I would like to click on an arrow next to the image to change the model and below the price changes according to the attribute. No, there is no such option in our theme. The sample you show has been customized or added with a plugin as the WooCommerce does not have such option by default either.
