Custom Product Tab

Hello,

I’m having an issue with a Custom Product Tab on my WooCommerce site using the WoodMart theme.

Theme: WoodMart v.8.6.0

I edited a custom tab under Products → Custom Tabs (tab ID 10401_custom) and changed its title from “Shipping & Delivery” to “Ordine e consegna” (Italian). The change was saved successfully and is correctly showing in the WordPress admin (Products → Custom Tabs list shows “Ordine e consegna”).

However, on the frontend product pages, the tab still displays the old title “Shipping & Delivery” in English. I inspected the page source and confirmed the outdated title is present directly in the rendered HTML:

<span class=”nav-link-text wd-tabs-title”>Shipping & Delivery</span>

What I’ve already tried:
– Re-saved/updated the custom tab in the admin
– Hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R) and incognito window
– Purged LiteSpeed Cache

Despite this, the old English title keeps appearing on the live product pages. Could you help me understand why the updated tab title isn’t being reflected on the frontend, and how to fix it?

Hello,

Please first update the WoodMart theme to the latest version 8.6.1 and check the issue again.

If the issue remains, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
