Custom Shipping Method

Hi,

This request is beyond the scope of the support, but since you’re more knowledgeable on the matter, any advise would help tremendously.

We need to change the city input in the checkout billing form to a dropdown list with predefined cities, then based on the selected city populate another dropdown list with the proper neighborhoods. Then calculate the shipping rate based on the selection.

Any orientation towards an optimal solution, free or paid plugin, code customization, links on the subject… would be great.
