You can create custom sidebars in Dashboard -> Sidebar. Then, you can fill them with desired widgets in Appearance -> Widgets and assign them to particular pages.
For some reason when I create a custom sidebar(Training) and select it from the page menu nothing will show. If I select one of the preinstall sidebars ex: Footer 5, all the widgets will show without issue. Please let me know what I am doing wrong or how I can correct this.

2/ Your Training sidebars seem to be created by third parties plugin which is not supported. You need to move your Cart and Categories widget to Main Widget Area and choose it in the page settings.
