CUSTOM SIDEBAR FILTER PROBLEM

i’ve installed plug-in that create a custom sidebar. But i try to click on filter but it doesn’t work https://prnt.sc/ndozeb. Can you help me?

AJAX filters don’t work with custom sidebars. And actually, you don’t need a custom sidebar since shop page has a separate widgetized area.
Yes i need custom sidebar because https://www.albaen.it/shop/ this section have no price and user can’t shop this. But they can use AJAX filters seems as shop
But https://www.albaen.it/articoli-shop/ is the real shop. So i need custom sidebar because it seem a “second shop page”.
Actually, WooCommerce filters don’t work on other pages then the shop page at all.
So how can i solve this ? because i need to have this type of e-commerce site
It is not a bug and there is no fix for this. WooCommerce filters developed for the shop page only and our theme doesn’t influence this functionality.
