    hello,

When I add a Custom Tab to a product, that Tab appears in the last position.
I need to change the Custom Tab sorting.
I want it to be in 2nd place, next to the Tab Description.

    See the attached example.

    Hello,

WoodMart theme does not provide such an option, unfortunately.

You may try the Woocommerce workaround described here: https://woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

My other problem with the Custom Tab, is that it doesn’t obey the paragraphs (line break).

In the description and short description, when I press ENTER it goes to the bottom line, a new paragraph.
On the custom tab, on the backend it shows on correct lines, but on the frontend it shows everything on the same line.

    see attached.

    Regards.

    Hello,

You can set the order of the custom tabs moving the content in the way you wish.

The tab added from the product page is not changeable.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Hello,

You didn’t read what I wrote in the last post. Your answer has nothing to do with what I asked.

The situation with the order of the tabs I already solved.

I need help with the text content of the Custom Tab of the product page. It doesn’t stay in the formatting I defined in the backoffice.
Please read my previous post carefully.

    Hello,

You would better create HTML block and insert its shortcode into the content.

    Please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

But that doesn’t solve my problem.
I’m a developer, for me it’s very simple to do this, but the people on my team who are creating the products don’t have the knowledge to create HTML blocks.

And we have a list with more than 2000 products to register, it is not advisable to create 1 HTML block for each product.

I just need the text to obey the backend paragraphs. As it is in the Description and Short Description field.

    best regards

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

I have checked with our developers, and in order to format the text, you need to click “align”, as shown: https://prnt.sc/rZc8iafLRSSQ

Then the tags would be inserted and everything would be displayed correctly.

    Best Regards
