Custom versions of parts of site depending on desktop/tablet/mobile?

Hello!
How can we modify the website so that it is only different depending on specific view? For example, with testimonials on test site, it looks beautiful on desktop and even on tablet… but on mobile the text gets crushed together.
Or for example, when on mobile I want shorter text for heading of section, so it looks clean. Or maybe differnt breaks between lines. How can we do that?

I saw the screenshots you attached.
Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings to modify the looks of the elements based on devices.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
