salezlineParticipantSubject: Customer Location Map Not Displaying on WooCommerce Order Page (Theme Conflict Suspected)
Dear WoodMart Support Team,
I’m currently using the WoodMart theme on my website https://hassanmart.in, along with the latest versions of WooCommerce, WordPress, and all relevant plugins.
I’ve encountered an issue where the Kikote – Location Picker at Checkout plugin is not displaying the customer’s map location on the WooCommerce admin order page, even though all required data is saved correctly.
Issue Description:
The map and location detection work perfectly on the checkout page.
The coordinates (_lpac_latitude and _lpac_longitude) are saved successfully in the order meta.
However, on the admin order page, the Google Map does not render, despite using the plugin’s recommended hook (woocommerce_admin_order_data_after_order_details) and also trying a custom add_meta_box() implementation.
This issue does not occur on another site of mine using a different theme — everything works there with the same plugin and setup.
Steps Already Taken:
Verified that coordinates are being saved correctly in order meta.Added custom code to display map using iframe with Google Maps embed URL.
Tried both woocommerce_admin_order_data_after_order_details and add_meta_box() methods.
Cleared all caches (LiteSpeed and WP Optimize), tested in incognito/private mode.
Switched to default theme (like Storefront) and confirmed that the map shows — this confirms it may be a theme-related conflict.
Environment Details:
Website: https://hassanmart.inTheme: WoodMart (latest version from ThemeForest)
WooCommerce: Latest version
Kikote Plugin: Latest version from WordPress.org
PHP:latest version
Hosting: hostinger.com
Request:
Could you please review if the WoodMart theme is overriding or interfering with the rendering of the woocommerce_admin_order_data_after_order_details hook or admin metaboxes?
If there are any known compatibility issues or an alternative hook or location you recommend to display custom meta (like Google Maps) on the order page, please advise.I appreciate your help and look forward to your guidance.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi salezline,
Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.
1. WoodMart has a special widget called
Hook
in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. And you can try above mentioned hook, but I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-hooks-and-plugins-compatibility/2. Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

salezlineParticipantWhat bullshit is this, how can I add a hook to a WooCommerce order page. If the customer is paying to your product you should have some responsibility regarding the issue that the user is facing. You are saying you do not guarantee third-party plugin compatibility issues, then how is that third-party plugin is working on the other website with the same Woodmart theme. Your answer is unclear, and to get this kind of reply I waited for 20 long hours. Worst support.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi salezline,
First of all, we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and for any inconvenience caused by our previous response.
We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to further investigate the issue.
After a more thorough review of your website, we identified a problem related to how hook elements were rendered within the order details template. This was causing the map not to appear in the WooCommerce admin panel.
We’ve now applied the necessary fix on your website. Please check how the functionality is working now in general. Please note:
– The Google Map will not appear on older orders that were created before the fix was applied.
– For new orders going forward, the Google Map should display correctly on the admin order page.
Let us know if everything is working as expected or if you need any further assistance.
Best Regards,
Hung PD -
