Customer Private information being seen by others!!!

We are having problems with the information that customers use when checking out showing up for the next person to see.
This does not seem to be a woocommerce problem but a theme software. This has now been ongoing for several weeks, we cannot find where the problem is directly from.
This needs to be sorted ASAP as customer personal information is not being reomved.

Basically what happens is that customers who place orders on our website, when the next customer places an order and go to check out the previous customer’s contact details are on show.
We have had several calls about this and have seen it ourselves. I have tried it this morning so I can send you a screenshot but it does not currently show this. I will keep you informed when it happens again.
