Customers fail to complete payment

    Hi, I have a problem with payments in Woocomerce, customers cannot complete the payment, often it is not even labeled as “failed”. I do not see it at all and it is communicated to us via email. Customers are then returned to the cart. How can I solve the problem? I use Woocomerce Payments

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme.

    Because the payment is controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.
