customise browse categories, languages, countries and footer

Hello,
I’ve been looking for a while but the questions are numbered in order attached in the file below.
1- How to hide the browse categories or just remove some categories mentioned in this dropdown?
2- How to add French in addition for example?
3- how to add france in the list of countries and that according to the country where my site will be consulted the browser displays the correct language by default?
4- How to delete this block before the footer?
5- Where to modify the copyright?

You can remove the brands in the Theme Settings > Footer > Pre-footer area. Remove the shortcode. You will find the option to edit the Copyright there as well.
