Customization Request: Always-on Sticky “Add to Cart” Bar with new style

Hello Woodmart Support,
We require the following customizations for the product page sticky “add to cart” bar:
Always visible: The bar must be visible on page load, regardless of the user’s scroll position.
Larger button: The “Add to Cart” button size must be increased.
Is this possible through theme options? If not, please provide the necessary custom CSS.
