Customization tooltips

Hello,
We managed to turn on the hints. But they don’t look good. In my plug, the hints look like in the photo plugin (look at the attachment), on my website like in the second photo (look at the attachment). Can you help me customize the look to be like the photo plugin?
Second thing, my hints still don’t work on mobile devices.

The plugin author says that this is a design issue taken from the theme. The plugin has no influence because the look is taken from the theme. He won’t help me with the tooltip appearance settings.

There is no difference. The appearance in the default Twenty theme is WoodMart. But, I think the default appearance is correct.

So whose style is it? The plugin author says he has no style of his own, he gets the style from the theme.

But when the WoodMart theme is not activated then its styles are not loaded at all. You can try to remove the theme completely temporarily to be sure that it doesn’t load any styles for these tooltips.

No, Theme Settings will not be lost. But anyway, we suggest you to create a backup of all files and the database.

I deleted WoodMart. The appearance of the tooltip is the same.

It means that our theme styles don’t influence the plugin. You can contact plugin’s developers and ask them to check this while our theme is completely uninstalled.

Do you have any hints in the demo?

It’s kind of weird, because the whole accordion made by the plug caught the WoodMart style.

The author of the plugin again wrote to me:”The WoodMart theme uses tooltips and they set the style for tooltips. This overrides the plugin’s tooltips styles.”
