This does not work, the background remains the std. red colour (using the Fashion version)

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Modify the color as per your needs: http://prntscr.com/kekuif

I think i figure out this by using:

PAGE HEADING > PAGE TITLE COLOR AND BACKGROUND > Pages heading background

And also using yellowpencil also can change the color
