Customize email template not working

Hello,
I am trying to customize my email templates under woocommerce – settings – email.

I noticed it\’s not working on my store with woodmart theme. I searched the web and tried changing to some other theme and it seems to work then.

Can you please help me fix this?

Please update the theme to the latest version. If it doesn’t solve the problem, please send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong.

I’ve updated to 8.1.2 and applied patches. The problem is still there.

All plugins except woodmart core and woocommerce are disabled. Please check.

You can fix it by applying patch # 656037. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.
