Customize order email and Shop order

    Hello,

    I need help on the following 2 things:

    1. How to customize the order email that is sent out to the customers? I need to change the header and the email content.
    2. In the category/shop, how can I set a sorting order for the product display. Currently it is in alphabetical order. I need to set my own order (Custom order)

    I am trying to develop my site on my own without any technical developer, so detailed instructions would be helpful.

    Hello,

    You need to find the Templates tab in Woocommerce > Settings. Open a template and edit emails.

    Woocommerce provides a set of predefined orting ways, which are set in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product catalog
