Customized font didn't work

Hi,
My customer’s website has a customized font, GOTHAM, and it was uploaded and configured on Typography > Custom Fonts, but it didn’t work.
I noticed that the font that appears is the second option, in this case, Arial.
This is the link to font file:

What I’m doing wrong?

It wasn’t me, it was someone else that was trying to make this website (and did a lot of mistakes that I’m fixing).
