    Dear Support

I hope this message finds you well. I am working on my WordPress website, which includes a Fatorah payment gateway plugin. After a customer is redirected to the payment gateway’s website and successfully completes their payment, they are returned to a success page on my website. If the payment fails, they are redirected to a failure page on my website.

I would like to customize the success page to better reflect my branding and provide a more personalized experience for my customers. Could you please guide me on how to achieve the following:

    – Custom Layout and Design: I want to create a unique success page that displays a personalized thank you message, order details, and a design that aligns with my brand.

    – Adding Custom Content: I’m interested in adding additional elements, such as images, promotional offers, or related products, to the success page.

    – Displaying Order Details: It is essential that the custom success page includes order details (e.g., order number, items purchased) for customer reference.

    – Custom Failure Page: I would also like to customize the failure page, so it clearly informs customers of the payment issue and provides instructions on how to proceed.

Could you please provide the steps or any recommended plugins or resources that would support these customizations?

    Regards,
    Eman

    Hello,

The “Thank you” page comes from WooCommerce and unfortunately, there is no way to fully customize it. In Theme Settings -> Shop -> Thank you page, you can just add and Extra content: https://prnt.sc/hA21bRjapBgp and enable/disable the default content.

If you want to fully customize it, I suggest using some plugins for that purpose.

    Kind Regards

    Dear Support,

Thank you for your response and guidance on adding extra content to the WooCommerce “Thank you” page.

To achieve the customization I’m aiming for, I’ve created a new success page in my site’s Pages section. I would like to redirect customers to this custom success page after checkout, where they can view their order details instead of the default WooCommerce page. Additionally, I would like to create a similar custom failure page to display relevant information if a payment fails.

Could you please advise on how I can retrieve and display the customer’s order details on these custom pages? Any guidance on managing the redirection and pulling in order data for these pages would be highly appreciated.

    Regards,
    Eman
